中德上沃尔法赫学者计划（China–Oberwolfach Fellows, COWF）旨在支持常驻中国的优秀在读研究生及青年科研人员，赴德国上沃尔法赫数学研究所（Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach, MFO）参加高水平学术活动。
MFO 是世界顶尖数学研究机构之一，以高度遴选性的专题研讨项目闻名。COWF 项目每年支持至多 60 名学者。入选者将有机会参与 MFO 前沿学术研讨，与国际同行深入交流，拓展学术视野，并获得相关学术认可。
01、申请对象
常驻中国的数学及相关领域青年研究人员，包括：
1. 在读研究生；
2. 已获博士学位不超过 10 年的青年科研人员。
02、项目费用
750 欧元，约 5900 元人民币，以实际汇率为准。费用涵盖在 MFO 期间的住宿、餐饮及必要杂费；差旅费用自理。
03、申请时间
建议拟参加活动前12 个月提交申请；Mini Workshop 建议提前约 5 个月申请。

The China–Oberwolfach Fellows Program (COWF) supports outstanding graduate students and early-career researchers based in China to participate in high-level academic activities at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach (MFO) in Germany.
MFO is one of the world’s leading mathematical research institutes and is internationally renowned for its highly selective workshop programs. Each year, the COWF Program supports up to 60 fellows. Selected participants will have the opportunity to take part in frontier academic workshops at MFO, engage directly with international researchers, broaden their academic perspectives, and receive official academic recognition.
01、Who Can Apply
Young researchers in mathematics and related fields who are based in China, including:
1. Current graduate students;
2. Early-career researchers who received their PhD within the past 10 years.
02、Program Fee
EUR 750, approximately RMB 5,900, subject to the actual exchange rate. The fee covers accommodation, meals, and necessary costs during the stay at MFO. Travel expenses are to be covered by the participant.
03、Application Timeline
Applicants are advised to apply 12 months before the intended MFO activity. For Mini Workshops, applications should be submitted approximately 5 months in advance.
